If the answer is no, the ad model should be chucked. Taken a step further - do people want ANOTHER auto trader? If the answer is no, focus on segmenting the market until the answer is yes, or iterate your concept to a new one that people DO want. Just because it was your first idea does not mean you have to spend a year or more working on it.
